HOW TO REFER TALENT ON UCTALENT

Refer the right candidate – Get rewarded transparently and quickly!

Whether you're a freelance headhunter or just know someone who's a great fit for a job, you can easily refer them on UCTalent and earn up to $5000+ when they get hired.

🧭 Step 1: Register / Sign In to Your Account

• Visit the homepage: https://app.uctalent.io
  
  
• Click the "Sign In" button at the top-right corner of the screen
  
  
• Choose to log in using Google or other options shown in the UCTalent sign-in popup

🧭 Step 2: Find a Suitable Job

• Go to the “Jobs” tab or visit directly: https://app.uctalent.io/jobs
  
  
• Use smart filters to search for jobs based on:
  
  
  • Industry (Tech, Business, Web3, etc.)
    
    
  • Seniority level (Junior, Mid, Senior)
    
    
  • Referral reward amount
    
    
  • Working model (Onsite/Remote)

🧭 Step 3: View Job Details

• Click on the job you're interested in
  
  
• You’ll see key details such as:

  • Referral reward amount (usually between $500 and $5000+)

🧭 Step 4: Click “Refer Talent” & Fill Out Candidate Information

The referral form will ask you to provide:

✅ Full name

✅ Email address

✅ Phone number

✅ Upload CV (.pdf) (required)

✅ Recommendation Message – a short note (2–5 lines) explaining why the candidate is a good fit

👉 Providing complete and accurate details helps increase the candidate’s chances of being reviewed and contacted quickly.

✉️ Candidate Confirmation Required

• Once you submit a referral, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the candidate.
  
  
• The candidate must click “Confirm” in the email for the referral to be valid and reviewed by the employer.

💡 Please notify your candidate in advance that they’ll receive a confirmation email from UCTalent. Ask them to check their inbox (including spam/junk folder) and confirm as soon as possible.

🎁 Important Notes

• Each job posting clearly displays its referral reward amount.
  
  
• You’ll be notified whenever there is an update on the candidate you referred (e.g., interview, offer, hire, reward).
  
  
• Rewards will be processed promptly once the candidate officially joins the company.

💰 Reward Payout Example

• Most jobs show the referral reward directly (e.g., $1000).
  
  
• You will earn 80% of this amount once your candidate successfully joins the company.

Ex: If the job shows  $1000 reward → Receive $800 upon the successful referral of a candidate.
