How to Refer Talent via the “Refer & Earn” Page on UCTalent

Referring candidates via the Refer & Earn page is a fast and efficient way to earn rewards. This method gives you a curated list of jobs with Referral Rewards, so you can quickly find and submit suitable candidates.

Note: You must sign in to your UCTalent account to access this page and submit referrals.

🧭 Step 0: Sign In to Your Account

1. Go to https://app.uctalent.io
2. Click “Sign In” at the top-right corner
3. Sign in with Google or any other available method

🧭 Step 1: Open the Refer & Earn Page

Visit: 👉 https://app.uctalent.io/refer-earn

🧭 Step 2: Browse Jobs with Rewards

Scroll down to see:

• Jobs with Referral Rewards displayed
• Quick job details at a glance
• “Refer Now” buttons for instant referral

This dashboard is ideal for active referrers who want to quickly identify jobs with high rewards.

🧭 Step 3: Click “Refer Now”

1. Choose a suitable job
2. Click Refer Now
3. you will be taken to the job detail page
4. Click Refer and Earn
5. Fill out the referral form :
   
   1. Candidate fullname
   2. Email address
   3. Phone number
   4. CV(.pdf)
6. Submit your referral

✉️ Step 4: Candidate Confirmation

The candidate will receive an email and must click “Confirm” for the referral to be valid.

Tip: Remind your candidate to check their Inbox and Spam/Junk folder, and confirm as soon as possible.

🕵️ Step 5: Track Your Referrals

After confirmation, you can track your referrals:

• Visit: 👉 https://app.uctalent.io/my-referrals
• Or click your avatar → My Referrals

You can view:

• All candidates you’ve referred
• Status updates: review → interview → offer → hired
• Estimated rewards

💰 How Rewards Work

• Each job shows its Referral Reward (e.g., $500 → $5,000+)
• You earn 80% after the candidate officially joins

Example: Job reward $1,000 → You receive $800.

Payout timing or probation requirements (if any) are specified in each job posting or communicated by the UCTalent team.
