About the Job
UCTalent Labs is seeking a Headhunting Business Development Intern to join its decentralized talent network. This is a training-focused role designed for final-year students or fresh graduates passionate about Recruitment, HR, and Technology (Web3/AI). The intern will work closely with the Founder to gain practical experience in modern headhunting and business development.
Responsibilities
- Headhunting Deliver (40%): Assist in sourcing tech candidates (Web3, AI, Data) via LinkedIn and social channels; screen CVs and schedule interviews using AI tools.
- Headhunting Business Development (50%): Research potential clients and lead generation for our Headhunting & Outsourcing services; support drafting outreach messages.
- Other (10%): Support internal HR tasks, data entry, and general office administration to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Business, English, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Technology (curiosity about Blockchain, AI, and Software Engineering roles).
- Good English skills (especially Reading and Writing).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
Preferred Requirement
- Basic understanding of IT terminology (e.g., Frontend vs. Backend).
- Experience with Canva or content writing.
