Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test automation requirements, test cases structure, and development timelines.+ Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the test automation team delivers high-quality test automation framework and related procedures.+ Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and resolve testing-related issues.+ Develop automation framework suitable to conduct and oversee various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.+ Implement and maintain test automation framework following best practice and to enhance testing efficiency and reuse.+ Analyze test results and work towards continuous improvement of testing processes.+ Stay informed about industry trends, testing tools, and best practices, encourage the team to be innovative and to foster new patent proposals.+ Prepare weekly reports for the direct director highlighting the major achievements, issues and risks related to the development.+ Manage internal conflict and find appropriate solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Skills
- An accomplished Senior Test Automation Engineer with 4 to 8 years of extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing automated testing frameworks.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of software development life cycle.
- Proven expertise in leveraging advanced automation tools such as, Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, and others to conduct robust testing for complex systems.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of software quality.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
